My full-length play Sorrow's End is a timely and exciting drama about cults and the exit counselings that help members leave the cult mindset. Using the framework of an exit counseling that is much more than it appears to be, Sorrow's End is an exploration of family, loss, and responsibility, as well as a unique coming-of-age story.
Sorrow's End was selected for the 2015 Alabama Shakespeare Festival's Southern Writers' Project.
Sorrow's End received a staged reading at The Blank Theatre in Los Angeles in March 2015.
Sorrow's End was selected for Barter Theatre's 2014 Appalachian Festival of Plays and Playwrights, and received a staged reading at Barter Theatre in VA.
Sorrow's End is a recipient of a Dramatists Guild Fund grant.
Blueprint, a professional playwriting group I cofounded, is in residence at the Horizon Theatre in Atlanta.
